A phenomenal and beautiful family with a passion for raising beautiful, well socialized and much loved Yorkies. We are fortunate to live a short journey from the Metcalf home and were delighted to be so warmly welcomed and on short notice! We enjoyed our visit holding and playing with the pups as well as the enjoyable and very informative conversation and never felt rushed or inconveniencing. They are super sweet, honest, and trustworthy and we only needed until the end of our visit to make our decision. It was too easy!! Now, a month after going to pick up and bringing home our new baby girl (who has still yet to be renamed!) we are still overjoyed with our experience and will always be so appreciative for the wonderful opportunity. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Kent is awesome! I cannot thank you enough for raising such beautiful puppies. Finally Dawson (now named Gomi) is home with us here in Dublin, CA. After several attempts trying to fly him here due to Airline issues I am so glad he is home and safe. Kent did an awesome job walking me through the process from day one. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable about Yorkies. He answered all my questions and concerns plus more. I know from the start when I met Kent and his puppies they were the one. I fell in love with the puppies instantly. I was a bit worried buying a puppy online and shipping him from Missouri to California but Kent assured me that everything was okay. During his flight we kept contact and tracked his flight. Gomi is full of energy and love! He is beautiful!! THANK YOU SO MUCH KENT!! I would highly recommend him. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

Kent was incredibly responsive to the many questions we had about Malachi (now named Louie) and took new sets of pictures twice when we requested them. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for a better breeder. Our puppy Louie arrived safe, healthy, and clean from the airport. He is even cuter in person and has such a friendly personality; we are in love with Louie. Thanks Kent!

WONDERFUL PUPPY FROM COTTAGE CREEK

Jonah is a delightful puppy. He is healthy, alert, and playful, all the characteristic I was looking for in a dog. And I got a bonus he has slept through the night both nights he has been here. Kent is great to deal with, he knows Yorkies and is eager to take the time to answer your questions. VANESSA, OUR FIRST YORKIE

OUR AMAZING MADDY

I just had to write and tell everyone what an exceptional breeder Kent Metcalf is. I purchased my absolutely darling Madison from him. He was was kind and knowledgeable with the breed, always available to answer any questions we had about her. We were simply amazed that when she arrived she knew her name, was almost completely potty trained and so very well socialized, all at 12 weeks of age. It was absolutely amazing. She is such a wonderful little darling girl. I would recommend to you if your looking to purchase a Yorkie to absolutely purchase it from Kent and his wife. AWESOME NAME

GREAT EXPERIENCE X 2

This is the second yorkie we have received from Cottage Creek Yorkies in the past 7 months. My wife and I have owned several dogs in the past and our experience with Kent was second to none! This is a fabulous breeder! We went to pick up our new baby girl. Were privileged to get to meet the entire family, not only the owners and family, but the pups mom, dad and the rest of the gang. All of the gang was in the home, well cared for and loved. You could not ask for a more knowledgeable owner. It shows that they love and care for their dogs just as they do the rest of the family. SIR JACKSON MOSBY WINCHESTER

When a groomer tragically killed our Mason, we knew we had to replace him with another puppy from Kent; even though we had to wait 5 months before the new puppies were ready. This time we were lucky enough to pick up Jackson in person, so we got to meet Mason's parents. When you walk into Kent's house, his Yorkies do not make a sound. Many of our friends have had extremely yappy Yorkies, but Kent's aren't like that due to the love and care his family gives them. Kent's puppies are very intelligent and easy to housebreak! Jackson is adorable and we can't wait to see how he turns out! He is very well behaved. When we picked him up (at 9wks), he already knew how to sit on command. He is 11 weeks old and also almost housebroken. I would not buy a Yorkie from anyone else. I would highly recommend Kent to anyone who is considering adopting a yorkie into their family. Our puppy Kuma (Parker) will be one years old next month, and he has become such a beautiful boy. He is pocket sized, and has beautiful flowing hair that is so easy to manage. He has kept his "baby-doll" face, and his coloring has turned out like his beautiful mother. Our whole family is in-love with him, and he attends each family function that we have. I write to Kent from time to time, and he is so nice to email me, and makes me feel just as important as the day we inquired on getting a puppy. PRESTON

I don't think we could have picked a better person to purchase our new puppy from. Kent was very accommodating throughout the process. Our puppy was originally going to be shipped, but when the weather was too hot to ship, he drove six hours to make sure we got our puppy as soon as possible. The puppy is very well behaved. He is only 10 weeks old and knows how to sit on command, and is also almost housebroken. I have always heard horror stories about puppies, but our puppy is as close to perfect as we could have imagined. Even after driving six hours to deliver the puppy, Kent spent another thirty minutes instructing us on how to care for him. Kent does not just breed puppies to sell them, he puts much love and care into each one of his puppies, which shows in the puppy's temperament. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I bought a male yorkie from Kent in Nov. 2005. Being a breeder myself I was afraid of being ripped off. I always wanted my customers to trust me but when I had to do the trusting that was HARD. Breeders get to hear all the bad experiences that other people have had. I live in NY and have a friend in MO. Kent was very easy to deal with and was willing to let my fiend come see the puppy. I was sent pictures and all e-mails were answered in a timely manner. Kent has even asked for updates as Diablo grew and I was happy to give them. Diablo was arranged for a flight within a couple days after purchase. I was even given his vets number as a reference. I had a wonderful experience from Cottage Creek Yorkies. I would buy again from this breeder. My puppy had a wonderful personality, shot were given correctly and parasite free!!!!

Last year, we got a puppy from Kent and he is the apple of our eye. This was our very first experience in getting a puppy through the internet and the shipping made us nervous. But Kent made the whole experience comfortable. All went smoothly and we got our puppy safe and sound. Our puppy is EXACTLY what we were looking for. He is beautiful and small in size. Big eyes and a button nose. Such a BABY DOLL FACE.
